A place to pause and discern

Therapy with room for the whole person.

You do not need a perfect explanation of what is wrong before beginning therapy.

Sometimes the starting point is simply a sense that something needs to change. Together, we can slow things down, notice the patterns that keep you stuck and explore choices that better reflect your values.

My approach draws from evidence-informed psychotherapy, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, while making room for identity, relationships, meaning and spirituality when those dimensions matter to you.

How I can help

What brings people to therapy is personal.

Our work begins with your experience—not a predetermined script.
